in progress around the world , the ahobilavalli team is pleased to announce the release of the 108th eBook in the ahobilavalli series – “Sreemad Saareeraka SuprabhAtam”. With this the Ahobilavalli ebooks kaimkaryam comes to a nirvigna poorthi with the release of the final ebook on the planned set of 108 ebooks on our revered SrIvaishNavite sampradhAyam .

Set in the majestic SrgdhAra metre, the 32 slokams of Sreemad Saareeraka SuprabhAtham in praise of SrI HathigirISan is the pUrNAhUti in the maha-yaj~nam by the yathiSrEshTar, SrImad PiLLaipaakkam Azhagiya Singar (37th PaTTam). Each slokam is an authoritative, terse and elegant stringing together of the profound tattvams of the 31 adhikaraNams of Brahma Sutram and speaks volumes about the command of the subject matter of Brahma sUtrams by the Azhagiya Singar and the profound scholarship of this 37th paTTam SrImad Azhagiya Singar. The task of making this majestic work accessible to all was taken up by two great scholars of VishishtAdvaitham – VaikuNTha Vaasi SrI U.Ve. Chinna Ra. Mu. SrInivAsa PatrAchArya Swamy and VaikuNTha Vaasi SrI U.Ve. Villivalam vEdAnthavAvadhUka SrI NarAyanAchArya Swamy. Their exquisite padavurai in Tamil for the slokams appeared in SrI Nrusimha Priya magazine and delighted the hearts of many aasthikaas. It is important to mention here that SrI vedAnthavAvadhUka Swamy was the elder brother of Prakrutham SrImad Azhagiya Singar in His poorvASramam, hence it is specially fitting that the final samarpaNam of this series should be with the title that is close to asmad achAryan as well as aasthika janams. aDiyen has added the annotated commentaries in English for these slokams in this web release.

In bringing this title out, adiyEn must express my special thanks to the editors of SrI Nrusimhapriya Magazine for allowing us to use the articles from the magazine. Also SrI Damal Pattangi Kannan gave valuable support by providing the Vishaya Vaakyams so central to the composition. His original Master's or Doctorate thesis (now under submission to the Madras University) on Sreemad Saareeraka SuprabhAtam will be proudly hosted in our next series of eBooks that we plan to start shortly. Last but not the least, Mannargudi SrI SrinivAsan Narayanan who has palyed an integral part in the ebooks released in both sundarasimham and ahobilavalli series, needs a special mention here. SrIman Srinivasan patiently sifted through the archives of SrI Nrusimhapriya magazines and identified the articles on the slokams and compiled the source document with great devotion and care. Srimathy Jayashree Desikachari has assembled this and other ebooks of the entire Ahobilavalli series . Sriman Nedumtheru Mukundan has been key to the identification of the digital images for all of the Ahobilavalli ebooks .
