Guest guest
Dear Sri Krishnamurthy: I am saddened to learn that the noble soul attained the lotus feet of Sriman Narayana. I had the bhagyam to be a student when he served as the headmaster of Sri Ramakrishna Mission high school in Thyagrayanagar, Chennai. When my wife and I paid pranams to him in January 2004, he blessed us and was talking clearly. He asked me questions about the east coast, mentioning cities like Philadelphia I had the same awe and the respect that generates in anyone who see him in his traditional dress as adiyen had when seeing him at school during his rounds. The discipline he maintained himself and instilled in his students is remarkable. Please permit me to echo your sentiments " May the Almighty keep him with HIM, at HIS FEET, for ever in future. Subramania Iyer and he, served the Ramakrishna Mission very admirably until into their late nineties in various capacities. These two towering giants of Acharyas were perhaps among the greatest of Aasthikas and Bhagwath Avatarams of the 20th century. Sri Anna authored many dozens of religious books on a variety of topics and Sri Srinivasachary focused on School education, particularly imparting knowledge of Vedas and Naalayiram. > > Sri Srinivasachariar's passing away is an irreparable loss for all the Aasthikas. His grateful students owe a great deal of debt to Lord Narayana for having given the bhagyam to be under his tutelage during our school days. May Rajagopalaswasmi and Shanbagavalli thayar bless Sriman Vasudevacharar, the son the deceased, with the mental strength to bear this loss and continue to guide the students of the Ahobila Math Oriental High school with good health and peace of mind. > > May the Almighty keep him with HIM, at HIS FEET, for ever in future. > > Sri Srinivasachary Dasan, > S.P.
