Dearest all,

[Please forgive me for the delay as I was busy relocating myself and family to

Mumbai these three weeks.. Getting ourselves slowly and steadily aligned and

settled in Mumbai, Goregaon. with Acharyan anugraham things are in order... Let

us continue our enjoyment of ThirunedunthANdakam]

When the mother and friend sit in awe and shock, she (Parakala nayaki) also is

unable to complete her anubahavam or express herself. She immerses herself in

bhagavad kalyANa guNAs and asks her pet parrot to sing and narrate His glories.

The parrot also does sing and utter His name. She is very happy about it and

mentions in the next two verses. The “sOrum†in the last verse is elaborated

herein.

'kalledutthuk kalmaari kaatthaay!' enRum

'kaamarupooNG kacchiyoo ragatthaay!' enRum,

'villiRutthu melliyalthOL thOynthaay!' enRum

'veqhaavil thuyilamarntha vEndhE!' enRum,

',alladartthu mallaraiyan Rattaay!' enRum,

'maakeeNda kaitthalatthen maindhaa!' enRum,

solledutthuth thankiLiyaich sollE enRu

thuNaimulaimEl thuLisOrach sOrkin RaaLE! 13

kalledutthuk kalmaari kaatthaay enRum- The One who lifted the stone rocky

mountain and stopped the torrential downpour! (stone rain)

kaamaru poo kacchi ooragatthAy enRum – The Lord – One who measured the

Universe – (UlagaLandhaan koil – Thiruooaragam divya desam) in Kanchipuram!

vil iRutthu mel iyal thOL thOyndhaay enRum – The One who broke the bow in

mythilA and immersed Himself in the tender shoulders of SitA PiraaTTi!

ve:kaavil thuyil amarndha vEndhE enRum – The Lord who reclined in Thiruve:kaa

as yathOthkAri (Obedient perumAL who listened to Thirumazhisai AzhwAr’s order

and obeyed)

anRu- that day in MathurA-

malladartthu mallarai attAy enRum – conquering many enemies and wrestlers and

killed the ChaaNoora et al!

maakeeNda kaitthalatthu maindhA enRum – The most valorous One who has strong

hands that killed the kEsi horse asura!

sol edutthu – uttering the words with her mouth-

sol – “now you tell†- thus

than kiLiyai – addressing the parrot that is groomed by her

enRu – she instructed and

thuNai mulai mEl thuLi sOra sOrginRAL – the tears from her large eyes roll

down and fall on the pair of breasts and she withers.

The Govardhana mountain that was worshipped has to be give due respect and hence

the Lord took the mountain for protecting the cattle from the heavy down pour

that was sent by Devendra. Otherwise- He can use simply the palm as the very

umbrella itself and could have saved the cattle. The Lord who took huge form as

Trivikraman is now worshipped in the Thiru ooragam divya desam. Indra puja was

stopped in Krishna avathAram. Four faced brahmA and Rudra prayed and thus

Parathvam was established in Thiruvikrama avathAram.

The bow in mythilA was given by Rudran. When Sage Viswamitra showed the bow to

Rama and Lakshamana, Janaka narrated the story of that large bow and mentioned

that the one who lifts that bow would be given his (Janaka’s) daughter. Raman

knew that of he lifts and breaks that bow, he would immerse himself in the

beautiful tender shoulders of SitA PiraaTTi. Thus Rama’s parathvam is

established there breaking the very Rudra’s bow effortlessly.

Even if Dasaratha had instructed Rama to do whatever Sage Viswamithra asks him

(Rama) to do, Rama did not agree for the wedding unless Dasaratha confirms his

concurrence. Thus Rama Himself became YathOthkAri. Hence He later immersed

himself in SitA’s tender shoulders.

Thus in Thiruve:kaa also, He reclines immersing Himself in the tender shoulders

of PiraaTTi as YathOthkAri. In order to correct Sarasvathi who came to interrupt

the yaagam, He reclined along with Mahalakshmi showing her (Sarasvathi) that she

should also be united with her husband chauthur mukha brahmA in his vELvi..

(yaagam)

Chauthur mukhA was performing yaagam for the sake of humanity and hence the

pathni needs to have accompanied him; rather she caused obstruction. Thus He

showed His Parathvam to Chathur mukha brahmA by fulfilling his (BrahmA’s)

desire to complete the yaagam.

Such greatest Lord Kesavan is the One who killed Kesi asura.

Thus the whole world knows that He is Parathvam. He wants to change the whole

world into Paramaikaanthins (those whose desire is only Him and Him only)

Parakala naayaki addresses her pet parrot to talk about the glories of such a

Lord than keeping quiet wasting its life. And when it uttered, she feels happy

and hearing those words, she longs for uniting with Him and withers.
