Leelasuka expresses his desire to see the wonderful form of Krishna, his eyes like lotus and the face with a soft smile beautifully blended with it. Further the face of Krishna is being enjoyed with delight by the sages who always see him in their heart and repeatedly worship him. The gopis on the other hand drink the nectar of his face with their eyes intoxicated with the beauty of it. 12.vrajajanamadhayoshithlochanocchishta Sesheekrtham athichapalaabhyaam lochanaabhyaam ubhaabhyaam sakrdhapi paripaathum the vayam paarayaamaH kuvalayadhalaneelam kaanthipooram kadhaa nu When shall we able to drink, pariepapaathum paarayaamaH, at least once, sakrdhapi, that light kaanthipooram, like the petals of blue lotus, kuvalayadhalaneelam, which is the remains, Seshekrtham, of what the gopis have drunk, vrajajanamahdayoshithlochanocchishtam, with our eyes filled with desire, athichapalaabhyaam lochanaabhyaam ubnaabhyaam. This sloka is the continuation of the previous one in as much as it refers to the gopis drinking the beauty of the face of Krishna with their eyes. Leelasuka says that he is desirous of drinking the Sesham, the leftovers of what they have drunk. Gopis are the devotees and the remnants of what they have drunk is bhagavathsesham and therefore precious. He wonders whether he would be able to do that at least once and his eyes are filled with desire for the same. 13. ghoshayoshith anugeetha youvanam komala sthanitha veNunisvanam saarabhootham abhiraamasampadhaam Dhaama thaamarasalochanam bhaje I meditate on that form of light, Dhaama, Krishna, whose eyes are like lotus, thaamarasalochanam, whose youthful form, youvanam, is sung constantly, anugeetham, by the gopis, ghoshayoshith, who plays on the flute, veNunisvanam, that sounds mellifluous, komalasthanatha, and who is the substance, saarabhootham, of the treasure-house of beauty, abhiraamasampadhaam.. 14. leelayaa lalithayaa avalambitham moolagehamiva moorthisampadhaam neelaneeradha vikaasa vibhramam baalameva vayam aadhriyaamahe We worship, aadhriyaamahe, only the boy Krishna, baalam eva, who is the support of graceful play, leelayaa lalithayaa avalambitham the prime residence, moolageham, of beauty of form, moorthisampadhaam, and who shines like dark cloud, neelaneeradha vikaasavibhramam.. 15.vandhe muraareh charaNaaravindha- dhvandhvam dhayaadharSithasaisavasya vandhaarubrndhaaraka vrndhamouli mandhaaramaalaavinimardhabheeru I salute the pair of feet of Krishna, charaNaaravindhadhvandhvam, the foe of Mura, muraareh, shown to the devotees with mercy, assuming the form of a child, dhayaadharSitha Saisavaaya which seem to be timorous, bheeru, of being brushed with the garland of mandhaara flowers, mandhaaramaalaavinimardha, of the devas who bow down to them, vandhaarubrndhaaraka vrndhamouli. The Lord as He said in Gita, maamekam SaraNam vraja, shows His feet as Srinivasa in Thiruppathi with His hand. Those feet were accessible to the devotees when He traversed the forests of Brindavan as a child Krishna, the same feet to which the devas prostrate to and their mandhaara garlands brush the feet and Leelasuka says that the feet of child Krishna, being so gentle that it looks as though the feet were disturbed by the garlands brushing against. 16. yasmin nrthyat
