The traffic to this important spiritual cneter has increasd as a result of the untiring efforts of Prakrutham Srimad Azhagiya Singar to upgrade the road , water and other infrastructure facilities since He became the PeetAdhipathi of SrI Matam . The traffic to these sacred hills has risen five fold in the past decade . Once this sacred place , the abode of nine Narasimhans was almost inaccessible .
