Vaikunta Vaasi MahA VidhvAn U.Ve . Sri Villivalam NaarAyaNAcchAr Swamy ( 1916-1978 C.E ) is the elder brother of Prakrutham Srimad Azhagiya Singar in his PoorvAsramam . Villivalam NaarAyaNAcchAr Swamy was also the AchAryan for Prakrutham Srimad Azhagiya Singar . He was revered as Periya Swamy because of the enormous respect scholars had for his scholarship in NyAya , VyAkaraNa Saastrams , Tarkam , SalakshaNa Grantams , Granta ChAtushtyam ( VedAnta grantams).

The Trust will be celebrating the 86th Thirunakshatram of

Vaikunta Vaasi Sri Vedanta VaavadhUka NaraayNAcchAr

Swamy with Veda PaaraayaNams from 3 Vedhaams and

Prabhandha PaarAyaNam from Aug 10-14 . The Thirunakshatram

itself is on August 14 and a major TadhiyArAdhanam and

sambhAvanai for the Veda viths . On Aug 30th , there will

be a Vidhvath Sadas to honor this Ubhaya VedAntha

MahA Vidhvan . A special souvenir will be released later

this year and a Trust has been set up to train future

VidhvAns in ubhaya VedAntham .

invited for PaarAyaNam for the five days ? A samarpaNam of

$105 would provide smabhAvanai for three scholars , one

from each of the three Vedams ( Yajur, Saama and Rg Vedams).
