Eventful week at Thiruppullani

Dear Srivaishnava Bhandhus worldwide,

 

Due

to the Anugraham of Srimad Andavan, the last week was eventful.

Normally on Adi Amaavaasai days the turn around of Brahmins will be

very less (But on Thai Amaavaasai, Brahmins will be in thousands)But

this year, the immediate presence of the Acharyan at

Sethukkarai-Thiruppullani , Surya Grahanam added to that, several

hundreds of Srivaishnava sevarthis turned up here and had the bhagyam

of Grahana snanam at Sethukkarai with Srimad Andavan.Bruhaspathi

Thiruppullani Sri Rangarajan (Nanga nallur)

performed Grahana sankalpam to all assembled there. Then all the

devotees had the vimochana snanam at Chakra theerththam along with

Adi Pooram, the Thiruvavathara day of Sri Andal, was being

celeberated in a grand scale at Thiruppullani till several years back.

Due to various reasons, for the past few years, it is limited to

Ekantha thirumanjanam to Sri Andal and that's all here. Learning this,

the Acharya Sarva Bauman arranged to celeberate it as was done in the

past. In the morning, Jagannatha Perumal was brought to Andal Sannidhi

, the Divya Thampathis had a visesha alankara thirumanjanam and veku

vilakshna goshti. In the evening Perumal and Andal had a Dolothsavam in

front of Thayar Sannithi. The entire expenses were borne by Srimad

And yesterday a Rig vetha patasalai has been started here about which already reported in .

Accepting the request of the Ramanathapuram Samasthanam

Devasthanam, HH srimad Andavan has ordered for a new Garuda Vahanam for

Thiruppullani Temple at a cost of nearly Rupees one lakh and the work

is in progress.

Thiruppullani residents , enjoying the sowlabyam of HH daily and

overwhelmed by the hospitality of the Ashramam kainkaryaparals, are

definitely great bhagyasalis.
