Dear Mr.Rengarajan,

If you really want the answers to your questions, please perform Sandhyavandanam thrice a day each 108 Gayathris every day or atleast once a day every day. Perform Praanaayaamam every day which is very important.Initially count the number of Gayathri but once you perform according to Vedic injunctions keep performing Gayathri invariably your hands will count do not bother about the number of Gayathri when you reach a stage you will certainly find the answers to your questions yourself firsthand.I say this with my personal experience.The word VEDA means First hand self acquired KNOWLEDGE and not Secondhand or Nth hand Knowledge.One should experience oneself.Once, when I jnoined my M.A.(Vaishnavism), I found every thing mentioned in Vedas, BhagavatGita

and various philosophies already known to me to my surprise.By the by I am the youngest student of the department of Vaishnavism ever at my age of 23.I am a Svayamaacharya for your information.SANHYAAVANDANAM is a Tapas and the greatest Tapas and the Presiding deity of Gayathri is PARABRAHMAN MAHAVISHNU.
