Sri:Srimathe Ramanujaya Namaha:Swamin,Adiyen is forwarding the mail from Sri. U. Ve. Rangaraja Bhattachar on the subject. Adiyen would like to place my sincere apologies for the usage of phrase " not having any sponsors " . Adiyen would like to clarify that what Bhattachar Swamiji was meant was doing the utsavam in a grand scale with more celebrity arrangements. Adiyen originally thought that the Bhattar himself is seeking sponsors and suffering to do the programs. Now he himself clarified that the utsavam is being done by Sri Ravi Narayanan family for a long time now.

At the same time, Bhattar's mail is also reflecting the need and realities thus Adiyen has reported only the factual position and in the interest of doing the utsavam in grand scale only. Adiyen has no other interest of whatsoever in the matter. The only interest is that such an utsavam can be done with more grand scale.

I hope to have clarified the matter. Now that the Sri Rangarajan Bhattar's email (sivapavanjur1993) and mobile number (+91 98429 09880) are available, I request Bhagavadas to be in direct touch with him on the subject.

Dear Swamin, Adiyen read all the mails about this discussion. Adiyen would like to inform swamin that the message that was given " not having any sponsers " in the mail is incorrect. When our father Vaikuntavasi Sri. U.Ve. Krishnamachariar was the chief Bhattar of the temple, Sri. Ravi Narayanan swami of Bangalore who came to the temple once for darsanam was approached to sponsor this very important Srivaishnava function. Till that year this occasion was sponsored by the temple authority with very very minimum expense. When Sri. Ravi Narayanan swami started sponsoring this function about 10 years before, more expenses are taken care by them nearly about Rs.20,000/- now. There was a discussion among the Srivaishnavas including swamin and adiyen (on last utsavam) who had come for

the festival about more facilities such as Bhashyakarar padi thurai cleaning (it is full of bushes up to 12 feet height), cleaning of steps descending to the water (because it is skidding and full of algae and pieces of bottles), more facilities for approaching the padi thurai, temple tank cleaning, decoration (pandal) in front of the temple with plantain trees, more about pushpamalai for all emberumans and acharyans and more fruits and thadiyaradanai and other matters. At that time adiyen told we need ubayadarars for these items. At that time one of the srivaishnava swamin told that he will offer a carpet on the steps descending to the water. Another swami told he would give a load of sand to pour in the water to avoid algae. The devotees who notice the need and want to donate to fulfill the need of the devotees cannot be stopped. And if facility is not there the devotees and those who

willing to donate will ask immediately only the Bhattachariar. The philanthropists notice the need and requirement and it is their willingness to offer for emberuman and devotees. Adiyen told about the requirement of facilities when it was asked to adiyen. This is adiyen's view and opinion. there is nothing else from adiyen.

I forwarded the mail about Pancha samskara utsavam at Madurantakam to my colleague who is one of the trustees which is undertaking to perform the utsavam every year for the last few years. He felt that what is stated in the mail below quoting the Bhattachariar saying that there is no sponsor incorrect and has given his rejoinder which is just below. The Panchasamaskara Uthsavam is celebrated in a grand and befitting manner at Madurantakam Temple, solely and exclusively (as a Ubhayadhar) by Sri POONDI BADRI NARAYANAN and Sri POONDI RAVI NARAYANAN, who are in Bangalore, for more than ten years, through SPPTK Trust. There is no struggle or difficultiy in conducting this festival as stated in this mail by Sri Rangarajachar Bhattar.

Sri:Srimathe Ramanujaya Namaha:Swamin,Pranams.Today is Avani Sukla paksha Panchami. Bhagavad Bashyagara Swamy had his Pancha Samaskaram by Swami Periya Nambigal at Dvyam vilantha Tirupati - Madurantakam.

We had the bhagyam of having darshan, mangalasasanam of Acharyas at Chakravarthi Thirumagan, Janagavalli Thayar, Andal, Vishvaksenar, Kannan, Lakshmi Nrusimhar, Sudarsanar, Azhavars and bagumanam to Swami Desikan Sannidhi in the temple.

Several Bhagavadas, Scholars and sthalathars including Pudukottai U.Ve. Seshadi Swami and others participated in this great utsavam.However, according to Sri U.Ve. Rangarajachar swami (+91 98429

09880), Bhattachar of the temple, this utsavam is not having any sponsors and they are struggling to get it organized. Even the place where Swami Bashyagarar and Swami Periya Nambigal are having theethavari in the tank is very dirty, abused and filthy. From next year onwards, performing this utsavam in a grand manner is the responsibility of all of us and the same is felt by Sri Vaishnavas assembled there. Couple of them pledged some support also.

May I request you to be in touch with Sri Rangarajachar swami or inform me through email so that I can inform Swami to do something worthwhile on this auspicious occasion.Adiyen beg to pardoned for causing trouble.
