Dearest all,

 

The dark handsome strong divine thirumEni (Divya mangaLa roopam), the divine

chakrA, the sankhu, - she lost herself in them and was robbed by them. She

explains the avayava sowndharyam and the adorning of ornaments and garlands and

how she lost herself. The way He explained about the beauty of Srirangam, makes

me realize that He would not come back from such a beautiful, divine place. -

this verse refers to.

 

thEmaruvu pozhilidatthu malaandha pOthaith

thEnathanai vaaymadutthun pedaiyum neeyum,

poomaruvi yinithamarndhu poRiyi laarntha

aRukaala siRuvaNdE! thozhuthEn unnai,

aamaruvi niraimEyttha amarar kOmaan

aNiyazhunthoor ninRaanuk kinRE senRu,

neemaruvi yancaathE ninROr maadhu

ninn^ayanthaaL enRiRaiyE iyambik kaaNE. 26

 

thE maruvu – honey dripping (or honey filled)

pozhil idatthu – gardens (in such gardens)

malarndha pOdhai – bloomed flowers (and)

thEn adhanai (the above mentioned) honey

vaay madutthu – are placed in the beaks of

neeyum – yours and your mate (female)

poo maruvi inidhu amarndhu – unite in those flowers, seated there in sweetly;

poRiyin aarndha aRu kaal siRu vaNdE– oh striped and dotted six legged bee!

thozhudhEn unnai – I bow down to you.

maruvi – aa nirai- considering the cattle as the darling of His

mEyttha- reared them in KrishnAvathAram

amarar kOn- the chief of Nithyasuri; Paramapadha nAthan

aNi azhundhoor – in the most beautiful divya desam of Thiruvazhundhoor

ninRaanukku – Lord in the standing posture; (and to Him)

inRE senRu- go there today itself

nee anjaadhu- without having a tinge of fear

maruvi ninRu – awaiting eagerly

Or maadhu- an unparalleled lady

nin nayandhaaL – has fallen in intense love with You

enRu iRai yE- a bit like that

iyambi – tell Him so

kaaN- and how He is doing- just see…

 

Nayaaki begs the honey bee to go on a mission of mercy to Therazhundoor and

asks it to convey her message of total love and her surrender to the Lord of

that Divya Desam, who is the cowherd of Krishnaavathaaram.

 

Oh six legged bee! I keep all your isx legs on my head! I bow down to you.

Bhagawaan granted you six legs for you to be bowed down to… You would not mind

and wait for sometime till he gets free there… You can be patient enough to

wait. Because you have six legs, you won’t get tired as well. This is the time

when your help is most needed. From the body of yours and the dots, I can see

that you have been enjoying the company of your mate, drinking honey from those

flowers of beautiful cool gardens. Hence you need to go to Thiruvazhundhoor and

express my love for Him, as you understand the nayaki nayakan love more than

anyone else. The nAthan of Nithyasuris considered the Ayar paadi equal to

Paramapadham (if not better). Such a sowseelya, sowlabhyan is He.

 

He is so merciful to even cattle and reared them and He was proud of doing that.

Such a merciful Lord is He. He stands here in Thiruvazhundhoor only to shower

His dayA on us. He is waiting for the devotees to come to Him by standing there.

Even if you don’t find His audience, wait for sometime to get some free

time… Tell Him that one lady is waiting for You and has intense love. That’s

enough. I doubt He has ignored anyone like this before. Hence He would remember

and know me well. You are the perfect and qualified one to inform. So, I bow

down to You.

 

Acharyas are compared to six legged bees. For the six anga prapatti that they

are equipped with for saving us (the sishya kOtis). You are thus the Acharya to

recommend me to Him.
