Dear friend:

You may do Parayanam of Balakhandam Sargams 15 and 16 (Putrakameshti and Payasa daanam) for 20 days in the mornings offering Ghee Payasam (Nei Payasam).

For Sukha Prasavam (easy delivery), you may recite Balakhandam Sargam 18 (Sri Rama Avataram) or make someone else recite to the hearing of the pregnant woman. You may offer whatever you can as neivedhyam.

These are prescribed in Uma Samhitai of Vayu Puranam.
