Sri Krishna Sabha, Sion, Mumbai are holding this year's Sri Ramanuja Jayanthi Mahotsavam celebrations with usual religious fervour with daily Thiruvaradhanam, Veda Parayanam, Sribashyadi Grantha Parayanam, Sevakalam and recitation of other Granthas. The function will be held at Sabha premises, ' Saranagathi'. J S Yagnik Marg, Sion East, Mumbai 400 022 from 13 April 2007 to 22 Apr 2007. The daily schedule commences ( except 15 Apr ) at 3 PM, with Vedaparayanam, Sevakalam, 7 PM : Satrumurai,Theertham and Ghoshti. 8 PM onwards Upanyasam (every day ). On Sunday 15 Apr 2007, Sri Ahobila Mutt's Temple, Chembur ,Sri Prahaladavaradan with his concerts and Sri Ramanujar will be at Sabha premises from 8 AM to 6 PM. On this day Thirumanjanam to the Lord and Sri Ramanujar will be performed followed by Upanyasam, Satrumurai, Theertham, Satari and Goshti. Archanas to the Lord can be performed in the afternoon. On concluding day 22 APR 2007,Peria Satrumurai and Sambhavanas to Vedaparaya and Sevakala Goshti will be made. All are requsted to join and participate in rendering Vedas, Divyaprabhandham, Sri Desika prabhandham etc,.. The Sabha also requests help by way of One-day Ubhayam ( Rs.2000 ) or in any other way as they desire.Payment option thro' Sabha web site is avilable and is exempt from income tax.
