Guest guest
Sri Padmavathi Samedha Sri Srinvasa Prabrahmmane Namah: Srimathe Ramanujaya Namah: Srimathe Sri Nigamantha Maha Desikaya Namah: Srimathe Vara VaramuniyE Namah: Dear Bhagavatha's, The consecration ceremony of all the 12 Alwars and Aacharyas at Hindu Temple Society of Southern California (a..k.a) Malibu Temple in Los Angeles, was conducted with pomp and splendor on Friday April 20, 2007 to Sunday April 21, 2007. Many participated in, enjoyed and appreciated this event. Few stated that unlike other events in the past this " Prathishta " of our Alwars and Aacharyas ceremony did not involve an iota of " lougikaa " (materialistic) procedure. Thus in a way the function will always stand out as an unique mile-stone in the annals of our temple's history. We received an enquiry from a devotee on the success of the event. With the knowledge very well known, that any words will fail express adequately the bliss of our experience, we tried to pen the proceedings into a script elaborating the rituals and the happenings of those three days. Please see the attachment. We are in the process of uploading the pictures in our web site www.HinduTempleMalibu.com. In meantime, you can view the pictures of the event at http://www.flickr.com/photos/hindutemplemalibu .Kind Regards,The volunteers of the Lord who resides in the hills of Malibu.
