the Divine Bard , Annamayyaa and His AarAdhya Moorthy ,

The Lord of Seven Hills .

 

The festivities start at 11 AM and is followed by NaadhAnjali

from AnnamayyA's Sankeerthanams .

 

one of the two grand concerts scheduled for the afternoon

on MONDAY , MAY 28 IS BY KARNATICA BROTHERS

( K.N.SASIKARAN AND P.GANESH) TO THE ACCOMPANIMENT OF

SRI NAAGAI SRIRAMAN ( VIOLIN) AND SRI TANJAVOOR

MURUGABHUPATHY ( MRUDANGAM) .This concert will

start at 2.30 PM.

 

Between 1.15 and 2.30 PM , there will be another grand concert

and this time by Srimathy Radhika MuraLi .

 

Please join in the celebrations for one of the greatest

Sri Venkatesa BhakthAs and PradhAna SishyAs of

the First Jeeyar of Ahobila Matam , Adhi VaNN SathakOpa

Jeeyar .

 

Wea re creating a CD ROM on AnnamayyA's Krithis

on the Lord of Ahobilam and Adhi VaNN SathakOpa

Jeeyar with the invaluable help of Dr.Adhvitheya

Dikshit ( A Medical Doctor and expert on AnnamAchArya),

whose 450 plus page book on the TaaLapaaka MahA Guru

has been released by TTD two years back .

 

It is our hope that this new CD to be created next month

at Bangalore Studios will help to raise some funds for

the Project to repair the roof of Sri Ranganatha Temple ,

WHICH NEEDS IMMEDIATE ATTENTION .
