as per information gathered by me there is no temple in valayaputhur,

 

Every year sri kothanda ramar of maduranthagam will visit there for mandagapadi

 

it is also told that the ramar of maduranthagam was taken from their village only(but this is true or not i dont know.

There was one perumal temple in Valayaputhur.  Every year Maduranthagam Ramar use come to Valayaputhur.  But, it is got stopped so many years back due to some reason.  If any one knows about this please update....
