There is a Temple in the place KOZHIKUTHI near MAYAVARAM and the name of the deity is VAANAMUTTIPERUMAL. The moolavar is made of Fig tree and it is said that the root of the tree is still below the soil. But the Perumal is in standing posture. The photo of the perumal is attached.
