Dear All, Last year I read a wonderful book named Mathura Vijayam which narrates about the muslim invasion in Srirangam and the difficulties our acharyas faced to save Namperumal. Sadly, I couldn’t read it fully, I gave it to one of my friend for reading and it has been misplaced. I am in chennai and I had enquired in many shops and did not find the book. I would be really grateful if anybody could help me find where I could get the book? Thank & Regards Srilakshmi

Dear Madam Lakshmi,

Shri Venugopalan, pen name Pushpa Thangadurai, wrote in two parts as a serial about Lord Sri Ranganatha's Vijayam. He later combined both and published the same as a four volume book titled 'Thiruvarangan Ula'. This book is based on Historic facts. The same was available in Giri Trading in Mylapore Sannadhi Street. The shop is located opposite it to Radha Silks.

It is an excellent book and we enjoyed the same.

I hope you get it in Giri Trading and I am sure you will enjoy the book.
