Respected moderators,

AdiyEn take great pleasure

in introducing my colleague, Sri.Kamalanathan, who

hails from Pondicheri (with traditional roots to

Thiruvahindrapuram Divya DEsam). He hails from

Gounder community, and having noticed his forefathers

undergoing SamskAram and wearing Thiruman KApu, got

into a mode of learning Sri Vaishnavam and reading

books on Vedantha. Sri.Kamal has a great collection

of books including Tatparya Chandrikai, Divya

Prabandham (Siddhasramam), RamapirAnai karpOm &

Desikar Sthothras (Poundareekapuram Asramam), and many

other books from Sri Nrusimhapriya, Sri Ramakrishna

Mutt and Lifco.

 

Kamal enthusiastically shares his views on the books

Anubhavam on the books he reads, for the sake of our

Kurai Onrum Illai

I am very happy to take note today of the Artha

Vishayam in Srimad Ramayanam. I realized that

Srimad Ramayanam itself is a demonstration of

following Vedas. The Lord walks followed by PirAti

followed by Lakshmanar, extolling the

Akara-Ukara-Makaram of Pranavam. Sri RAmAnujar was

going back and forth to his Uncle at Thirumalai about

18 times, and in return Peria Nambigal gave him 18

different UpadEsam on Srimad RAmayanam.

Also AdiyEn find it very useful and practical on our

Acharya's advice that one thinks of Narmada or reading

Srimad Bhagavad Geetha to keep off poisonous

creatures. I would be very happy to share more

details I have relished from this book, subsequently.
