On Behalf of the Ahobilavalli Team ,

it is my pleasure to announce the release of

"SrI BhIshma Sthuthi" , a favorite sthOthram

of HH InjimEttu Azhagiya Singar . The revered

Jeeyar used it in His NithyAnusandhAnam .

 

The sthuthi is by SrI BhIshmAchAryA

composed at the battle field of KurukshEthram.

It consists of ten moving slOkams by

BhIshmar as he saw Lord ParthasArathy

jumping from the Chariot of Arjuna and

rushing on foot towards him with Sudarsana

Chakram in hand inspite of the Lord's promise

not to take weapons in the great war . In this

moving sthuthi , BhIshmAchArya salutes the dhivya

ThirumEni of the Lord and His KalyANa guNams

and recieves the Lord's blessings .

 

In addition to the BhIshma Sthuthi ,

two special articles of VedAntha VidhvAn
