After seeing the photos yesterday, SrI.Hari and SrI.Madhavakkannan

1) The standing posture of Swamy Desikan is of course rare and is

referredto by asmadhAchAryan that it is Swamy's intent to rush to

Srirangam andhe waits for the news that Srirangam is now free of

thurushkars..

 

In this place it seems every family has one Desikachar name..

2)The standing posture of swAmi dESika is marvellous. I wonder at the

shAnti (peace) in the face of swAmi dESika though swAmi faced such a

terrific violence from the invading army at SrIrangam. His face

shows

nirbharatvam and abhayam of ideal prapannan. As you

(SrI.Madhavakkannan) pointed out, his standing posture (tiruvadis)

depicts his Aarthi (intent to rush) to reach SrIrangam. Wonderful

tirumEni. His journey further also blessed the world. The divine

commentary on tiruvArAyirappadi manifested.

Respected Swamin;I received lot of response for my query about raching

Satyakalam. I am highly thankful for all those who have responded
