In pUvASramam and uttarASramam, HH preferred to stay only in Thiru-evvuLUr. He fondly called SrI veerarAghava perumAL as 'mA-swami' (in SlEshai - to mean 'my Lord' or 'the Lord taking 'thinai-mAvu', millet flour' offered to this perumAL by bhaktAs) and SrI mAlOlan as 'mahA-swami'. Similar to the prakriyA formulated by bhAshyakArar for SriranganAthan, this azhagiyasingar formulated kaTTiyam, yascarikai, anugraham etc for SrIveeraraghava perumal, which is in vogue in this divyadesam. He offered many divyAbharaNams, golden palanquin and charriot for SrI VeerarAghava perumal. He composed around 16 granthams, of which SrIlakshmInrusimhan aDaikkalappaththu is in nityAnusandAnam of sannidhi sishyAs. vyAkhyAnams for 'nyAsavimSati' and 'adikaraNasArAvaLi' are among His other works.
