Dear members of ,

Srirangam Srimath Andavan Ashramam is now taking all efforts to increase the r base of Sri Ranganatha Paduka, the official monthly magazine of our Ashramam. The Editor (Sampathakar ) of the magazine is Sri U.Ve. Naatteri V. Rajagopalachariar Swamy.

It is always good to receive the hard copy of the magazine right in your home, delivered by the postman. For those living in India, postal rates are very reasonable at the govt. subsedised rates and perhaps even the farthest corner, the post reaches in about a week's time. But in these days, many of those employed do not have much time to spend spare time intheir house, to read the magazine, but required an alternative so that they can have access to the Magazine, hwerever they are, as they consider going through Ashramam publication is as good as a blessing from H.H.Himself.

Many of the rs living overseas, find the magazine takes a long time to reach, nearly half of that month had gone, by the time they receive. Further,Airmail postal rates have gone up significantly of late, forcing oucirculation manager to incur additional cost for sending by air mail to all the existing rs. We made a request to all overseas rs to pay for the airmail post cost, which we worked out to US $100 for a 5 year period, or US$400 for 20 years. This Airmail cost is in addition to the subscription amount paid earlier, All overseas rs are requested to send their payment for airmail cost at the earliest to Ashramam,

for getting the hard copy of the magazine. For those living in USA and Canada, they may send the payment to Sri ramanuja Mission , which is our branch in USA. SRM, in turn will consolidate and send periodically the collected amount to the subscription office in Chennai. We will acknowledge each payment received.

Now we are at a stage to bring out trial E-edition of Sri Ranganatha Paduka. We brought out the first trial edition last month and it was well received the members. The trial edition was made available in the web site of Ashramam, www.andavan.org . Now the second trial E Edition has come out from the printer. I am attaching this with this mail for the benefit of all members. This itself is a market survey to understand the reactions of our members, on how they would like to receive, whether hard copy of the book, as they are doing now, or would they prefer to SUBSCRIBE for E-Edition, as attached with this mail.We have just started trials of E Edition, but will

always try to do improvements., to make it more userfriendly and as comparable to the hard copy.

Your feedback are welcome to me by e mail to r_sv. Thanks.

Daasan,

R.Srinivasan.
