I heard that Koorathazhwar's jayanthi is falling due anytime now. Can some one let me know when would the jayanthi of Koorathazhwar falling on ? also how many years has it been since he appeared ?

Also pls let me know if you have heard of anyone doing Pushpa kainkaryam (thotta kainkaryam) anywhere in south India.
