On 8th December H.H. Srimath Andavan made His once in a year Mangalasasanam at Thiruvekatamudayan Sannathi. H.H. was received with full temple honours with Sri Chatari Mariyaadai near Sri Anjaneyar Sannathi and was escorted in a procession with 2 elephants in the front,thiruchchinnam,Nathaswaram and Temple umbrellas. It was a grand sight to see our Achrayan walking upto the temple,with a group of Ashramam Kainakaryabarars and Temple officials.H.H. First H.h. paid respects to Dwajasthambam at which time nearly 750 of Ashramam devotees waited in the long queues from very near to Dwajasthambam winding back to the queue complex. In the queue every Mamas and Mamis were in their Srivaishnavaite traditional dresses and boys with dhotees( no shalwar or pants ).

Inside the sanctum in front of Thiruvenkatamudayan, H.H was given the traditional mariyadai and after that all our devotees enthusiastically went orderly in the manadapam and it was their bhaagyam to witness our Acharyan performing Mangalasasanam in front of Lord Srinivasa. Eventhough it was just for a minute of stay inside, everyone felt that their life's ambition has been achieved through our Acharyan. After this all devotees assembled out side, ( except me, ofcourse, as I have run out to go back to Ashramam to pick up my cameras and return in front of the temple, by the time H.H.coming out after Mangalasasanam.)

H.H. was escorted back to Ashramam with all accompaniments and our Ashramam sishyas.On the way H.H. made Mangalasasanam at Tirumalai Nambi Sannathi in the south mada street. In front of Ashramam a large gathering of devotees received him with aaraththi and to our surprise the young temple elephant walked inside our Ashramam and paid respects to the Perumal and our Achryan padukas . H.H was very much pleased and gave the elephant a bunch of plantain fruits. I was able to capture the videos to the extent possible and attched with this. We the Ashramam devotees, who were able to make to Tirumalai for this occasion want to share our joy with all of you members residing all over the world and also wish one day you also will be able to take part in this type of event when Sri Vaishnava
