Guest guest
Dear Devotees, On behalf of Sri Ramanuja Mission, it is my pleasure to wish you and your family A Very Happy and Prosperous New Year 2010 ! I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your continued support and generous contributions to Sri Ramanuja Mission during this calendar year. Contributions from devotees like you help the Mission to carry out the various philanthropic activities directed by His Holiness Srimath Srimushnam Andavan Sri Rangaramanuja Mahadesikan. There are still a few more days to make your US tax deductible contributions for tax year 2009. I request you to contribute towards any of the kainkaryams mentioned below by mailing a check to Sri Ramanuja Mission or electronically through paypal links before December 31, 2009 so that you could claim US tax deductions for tax year 2009. Andavan Ashramam's Temple in US Same time last year, we approached you for your participation in acquiring a 3-acre plot in South Brunswick, NJ for the construction of a medium size Srinivasa Perumal Koil ordained by HH Srimath Andavan. We are working diligently with the township and the Zoning Board in seeking approval. An application with the township along with the detailed plans and estimates were filed in the month of Feb 2009. Currently the application is being reviewed by the township zoning board and we are expecting an hearing on our application in the middle of February 2010. With the blessings of acharyas and the divya dampathis, we are hoping for an approval of our application. Once the hearing date has been set, we will provide you with additional update. We continue to seek generous donations for the temple construction and Bhoomi Dhanam. Please click here to contribute for the upcoming temple. Veda Patasala Project There are several Veda Patasalas established by Srirangam Srimad Andavan Ashramam where more than 300 vidyarthis between the ages of 7-14 attend the traditional gurukulam to learn our great Vedas and Prabhandhams. These children are the future of our sampradayam for practicing and educating our rich vedic traditions to the following generations. It is our responsibility to lend as much financial support to these children and to the patasalas to maintain our rich heritage. We request you to kindly contribute to these Veda Patashalas which directly benefit these vidhyarthis. Please click here to make your contributions towards Veda Patasala Acharya Sambhavana Acharyas are the beacon light for us all. They sacrifice all pleasures in life and dedicate their life to dispel our darkness and guide us with the path to reach ultimate divinity - Sriman Narayana. By giving any amount as Acharya Sambhavana we definitely cannot repay back fully for what they give us. But it is only a small token of our gratitude. Acharyas take up many projects to sustain our great Srivaishnava sampradayam. These contributions help in that regard in a small way. To make it convenient for bhagavathas, we now have the ability to accept automatic easy monthly installments for the contributions or one time contributions through paypal. Please click here to make your contributions for Acharya Sambhavana.
