It is a great BhAgyam to see the divine image of Swamy Desikan seated on the new Goden SimhAsanam . It is an enthralling and eye filling anubhavam to take in the sevai of KavitArkika Simham and adiyEn is tempted to paraphrase Swamy's own MangaLAsAsanam of Lord DevanAthan : " aruL tara yeNNi ( adiyavarkku Meyyanudan) Ayindhai vandhamarnatana ".

 

Our AarANa Desikan has presented His Lord , " antamil seer Ayindhai nahar amarnta Naatan adiyiNai mEl " with 50 Sanskrit SlOkams of Sri DevanAyaka PanchAsath , 100 slOkams in lilting PrAkrutam ( Achyuta Satakam) , 10 Tamil verses ( NavamaNi Maalai), 30 more ( MummaNikkOvai) as well as other Tamil Prabahndhams ( Panthu , Kazhal , ammAnai , Usal , yEsal) .

He concludes that he followed the command of Lord Devanathan to create these Prabhandhams and SrI Sookthis following the Vedic path and that he feels fulfilled as a result :

 

" Muntai MaRai mozhiyavazhi mozhi nee yenRu

Mukundhan aruul tanta Payan nAnn peRREn ".... Nava MaNi Maalai : Paayiram 10

 

Seated on His new SimhAsanam sanctified by Lord DevanAthan with His ubhaya NaacchiyArs , Swamy Desikan reminds us that those who have the bhAgyam of enjoying His dhivya Soundharyam will not be born again in this Universe :

adiyavarkku MeyyanE Ayindhai vaazhum

(Meaning): Oh DevanAthA ! Natha satyaa! adiyavarkku meyyanE ! You are adored as the KaaLa MEgham that resides permanently at Thiruvaheendhrapuram and drench Your adiyavars with the nectar of Your KaaruNyam . How can diyEn describe Your matchless dayaa guNam ? Those who have enjoyed without break Your ThirumEni with the combined hue of anjanam and KaayAm Poo will never ever be affected by karma Bhandhams and be born in this samsAric World !

 

Seated on His new simhAsanam , Swamy Desikan adores with Parama PrEmai the Lord of Thiru Ayindhai and instructs us on the tattvams and RahasyArthams of Bhagavad RaamAnuja SiddhAntam .

 

Fortunate indeed are those who have particpated in this once in a life time Kaimkaryam for our dearest AchAryan at

Thiruvaheendhrapuram !

Sri:Dear Shri Sadagopan Swamy,We take great pleassure in forwarding the Phtos of Tiruvendipuram Swamy Desikan on the full-fledged SWARNA SIMHASANAM,the samarpanam of which was done on Thai Sravanaam i.e. 16th Jan . 2010.

The photos were taken by a studio photographer from cuddalore, courtesy Nrisimha Bhattar.We have, on the same day i.e. 16th, given you the complete version/description of how the samarpanam went on and you Swamin were kind enough to circulate the same to all.

Kindly let us know your impression on how the Simhasanam has come out, and whether the quality of the photos is OK, and of course, your anubhavam on Swamy Desikan being seated on the Simhasanam. We solicit your suggestions.

Kindly let us have your views on the entire kaimkaryam.
