Dear Sriranga Sri Memembers and Friends!My sastanga Namaskarams to our Ever Periya perumal and Periya pirattiyar!Mangalasanams to all!Sri Azhagiya Manavalan arrives in grand manner at JIeeya  Puram at 5 AM after walking nearly 20 miles from Thiruvarangam across the rivers of Vada Thiru Kaveri and Kollidam.i.  He arrives at the Jeeyar Puram Mandapam where large groups of bhakthas from outside of Srirangam throng to catch a glimpse of the divinely beautiful Azhagiya Manavalan. 

After spending all day in  Jeeyar Puram, He starts His procession back to Srirangam at 5 PM via vadakku vasal (northern gate).  He goes around the North, East and South Chithra Streets and enters His palace through Ranga vilas in the south entrance of Srirangam Kovil.
