Sri Ahobila Mutt Kainkarya Sabha (Regd) is endeavouring to fulfill the long cherished desire of Srimad Sri Azhagiya Singar Sri Narayana Yatheendra Mahadesikan, of establishing a branch at Kalyan / Dombivli (Maharashtra). Sri Mutt has bought 54 gunthas of land at Raite Village on the Kalyan - Murbad Road, Kalyan. The site is adjacent to Ulhas river - most serene and scenic - with hillock as backdrop. With the anugraham of His Holiness, we have planned to construct, Ashramam for His Holiness, a 100' x 150' feet Meditation-cum-Community Hall on the ground floor & Sannidhis for Sri Padmavathi Thayar, Sri Aandal (Godha Devi), Sri Lakshmi Nrisimhar, Sri Ram / Sita / Lakshman / Hanuman on four corners of 1st floor. At the centre on an elevated platform (70' x

30'), it is planned to construct, the main sanctum for Sri Srinivasa - Balaji with a 3 stage Vimanam. A 51' Rajagopuram (entrance tower) - with 36' Sri Hanuman and 36' feet Sri Garud (on Sudai) on either side (two 12' x 12' x 12' Sannidhis & above which 24' Sri Hanuman / Sri Garud), Thirumadappali, Thirukkulam, Sundara Simhan Nandavanam, dormitory type rooms as Old Age Home, are also been planned to be constructed. The necessary plan has been submitted to the Panchayat / Municipality for approval.The 1st phase of construction being, foundation for Rajagopuram, 12'x12'x12 sannidhis with 24' Sri Hanuman & Sri Garud have already started.

 

There would be 4 pillars from ground to support Sri Balaji Temple and 16 pillars to support other small temples/mandapams. In all there would be 64 Pillars. Each pillar would be beautifully sculptured with images of Sriman Narayanan, Dasavataram, Sri Maha Lakshmi, et al. For wider participation of sishyas and Sri Balaji Bhaktas, His Holiness desires that cost of each Pillar may be sponsored by single or group of individuals. The name/s of the sponsors, engraved in a marble stone, would be placed at each Pillar. It would be a great opportunity for all to be pillars of Sri Balaji Mandir.

 

Such a gigantic project can be completed only with the participation of all Sishyas, Philanthropists, Devotees, Sri Balaji Bhaktas. Sri Ahobila Mutt Kainkarya Sabha solicits maximum participation of all.

 

On this most auspicious Vikruti Varusha New Year day we offer our prayers to Sri Bhoomi, Sri Neela & Sri Padmavathi Nayika Samedha Sri Srinivasa - Sri Balaji to bestow us all with His choicest blessings for early Samprokshanam of Sri Balaji Mandir.
