This is not a list of divya dEsam-s but a few holy places where festival is celebrated in the month of panguni. The grand panguni Uthiram sEarthi is celebrated at Thiruvarangam. The Gadhyathrayam was submitted to 'NamperumAL alongwith Periya PirATTi' on this very day and still remembered by the devotees for the act of surrendering of EmperumAnAr for all our sake. The SEArthi utsavam. Thirumangai AzhvAr was blessed with the great Thirumanthram from none other than PerumAL after he touched the divine feet of the divya dampathis (divine couples) and this is celebrated (enacted) on the eve of panguni uthiram at Thirunagari.-The VEADu paRi utsavam. Of so many perumAL only one is Nam perumAL. Of so many jEyar's only one is Nam jEyar -Our jEyar. The VEDhAnthi -Nam-JEyar Thirunakshatram is also celebrated on this day. The devotion to EmperumAnAr transformed into 'prapanna Gayathri' namely 'irAmAnusa nUtrandhAdhi'. The Thirunakshatram of Sri ThiruvarangathamudhanAr who blessed us with this divine work is celebrated on panguni Hastham. In your article you had mentioned about the Meena-visaga Tirunakshatram of Sri Kanchi PBA Swami. , we are happy that he is alive in minds of all Sri Vaishnavas , Let me introduce myself, I am the grand daughter (n law) of Sri PBA Swami, Sri PBA swami has devoted his life for the Sri Vaishnava Sampradayam, Swami has written around 1200 books in his life-time, which is indeed a great treasure for our Sampradayam. He was also running a Veda Vedantha Vaijayanthi Patasala, which enabled many sri vaishnavas to perform arulicheyal kainkaryam in divya desams. Many Scholars of our Sampradayam were the student of this Patasala. Due to many reasons this Kainkaryam could not be carried out In order to revive the above kainkaryams a trust by name Sri Kanchi P B A Swami trust is created by the family members and ardent disciples of our Swami Swami’s 116th Birthday falls on 6th of April 2007 and it has been decided to commence the Patasala from his birthday and 2 books (Sri Vishnu Sahasranamam and Nityanusandaya Stotra Mala with commentaries) will be released on the same day. An Audio CD of MP3 format will also be released containing Nityanusandaya stotras recited by Sri P B Ranganathachariar swami, Sri P B Rajahamsachariar swami, Sri T A Srinidhi swami and Sri P B Sampathkumar swami. We are in the process of re-publishing all his works through this Trust , and we require the support of all Sri vaishnavas for this noble cause. we hereby invited you for the 116th tirunakshatra mahotsavam of Sri PBA swami, which will be held at Sri Kanchi P B Annangarachariar Swami Thirumaligai, 40/29, South Mada Street, Little Kancheepuram, 631501. The Thirunakshatra function commences from 31st March 2007 and concludes on 6th April 2007. The trust is looking for generous contributions for the aforesaid kainkaryams.
