This is in continuation of Inspiration 3.

 

 

 

Ramanuja, even before his birth was foreseen as the apt person for the development of Srivaishnavam by Sriman Natha munigal

 

Sriman Natha Munigal is the first Acharya of Srivaishnavam (for all practical purposes)

He was inspired by Thiruvaimozhi and the effect was that Srivaishnavam was born.

Sribhashyam:..The exegesis of Brahmasutram was written by Ramanuja establishing the supremacy of SRIMAN NARAYANAN OVER all.

Intellectuals admired him and accepted his leadership.

Masses simply trusted him and followed him.

Vedhanthins were won over and they joined the Srivaishnava stream. .

 

 

This was a golden period. Srivaishnavam cherished till the 13th centuary.

The picture was not rosy as it should be, hereafter.

In the beginning of 14th centaury there was Islamic invasion of South India. bringing misery and disorder.

Eventhough Sri.Manavalamamunikal restored the glory of Thiruvaimozhi in 15th centuary Srivaishnavam continued to suffer due to the change in political and social

Spheres. Unfortunately, the swing was towards materialism.

Then whose it is?

 

Everything belong s to HIM..SRIMANA NARAYANAN.

 

We are his servants and absolutely dependent on him (.on him ONLY.)

 

Does this spirit exist now?

 

We have to accept sadly that all of us are affected by materialistic wave.

 

 

I, MINE, COMFORTS OF LIFE are the key words totally opposite to the spirit of Srivaishnavam.

 

Srivaishnavas( so called) of present day are in no way exception to the temptation.

They feel helpless to lead a simple divine life.

Another drawback is most of us do not know the real spirit of Srivaishnavam.

The reasons for such state of sad affairs are

1.Lack of interest or fear of loosing material pleasures

2 Ignorance about Srivaishnavam in real sense and

3 relentless actions of vested interests hostile to Srivaishnavam, like spreading wrong informations

 

‘ADIYEN’ is the apt word informing the

real relation between us and the Super Force..SRIMAN NARAYANAN.

 

IT ESCHOWS ARRAGONCE

 

Will the spirit of Srivaishnavam be revived?

 

Every one should make introspection and try to answer.

 

LET US HOPE FOR THE BEST AND BETTER DAYS.
