BEATITUDE ON EARTH! It was rejoiceful to see the children in flamboyant dresses and ornaments dancing rhythmically with angelic movements to bring the old time before our eyes. The lovely song " Vannamadangal " helped very much to the stage full of kids with beaming faces expressing the beatitude of Sri Krishna's Jayanthi – the Lord's manifestation on earth. Next came the Drama " Glory Of Bhaagavatha " enacted by boys to reveal the secret of life – " to surrender unto Him " . King Parikshith tries his best to overcome the fear of death with no efficacious result. Finally he surrenders to Suka the sage to show him the means of redemption. The boys in suitable costumes performed the scenes beautifully. " Meera Bhajan " followed the drama to spellbound the spectators. The audience could be seen enjoying the bhajan with closed eyes. Music lovers were propitiated by the canorous voice of the children to sanctify the hearts of the audience with Meera's thoughts which in turn devloped into the Lord's. Next came the dance of with the popular song " Madu Meikkum Kanna " which attracted even very small kids of the audience who forgot to blink their eyes. The hall was full of ecstasy during the dance as the children carried the audience to Gokulam itself. Finally came the debate " Is Rama or Krishna ? " in which the children on both sides accounted the virtues of Rama and Krishna and exemplified their statements with notes on incidents. The audience contiuously exhilarated the children. The programs helped the organizer (Ammangar) to exhibit the skills hidden in children especially the kindergarten kids. The success of the function was proved when the audience especially the ISKCON devotees met Swami and Ammangar in appreciation of the children's performance and the efforts invested in the children. Everything comes out of the Kripa Kataaksham of Azhwar & Acharyas when we continue our incessant service in the path of Sri Ramanuja.
