11 Sep at VaN PurushOtthama Perumal Temple in Thirunangur - One of 6

divyadesams in Nangur - near Sirkazhi. From 8th Sep, Monday onwards,

Angurarpanam and vEdha parayanam starts and culminates on 11th Sep

Thursday with SamprOkshanam followed by the most expected Thirumangai

Azhwar from THIRUNAGARI to perform MANGALASASANAM to Sri Purushotthama

Perumal.

 

Sri Kumudavalli nachiyar samEtha Sri Thirumangai Azhwar from

Thirunagari reach the Yaaga saalai on early 6.00 AM and witness the

SAMPROKSHANAM and performs Mangalasasanam to Perumal. This is followed

by Purapadu of Perumal along with Thirumangai Azhwar. Since Azhwar is

most fond of Emperuman(s) in around Nangur divyadesams, he is going to

visit this divyadesam to witness the samprokshanam on 11th Sep - Thursday.
