Narasapuram:==================Around 250 years ago, a lot of prapannas endeavored to bring emperumanar's grace more close to all people living away from Sri Perumbudur. So, under the guidance of Sri Puppala Ramanappa Nayudu, a big conggregation of devotees went to Sriperumbudur and absorbed the structure of koil there. They decided to replicate the temple in narasapur and made the moolavars carved there itself and after doing Pranaprathishta in Sriperumbudur itself, they brought all the deities (Adikesava perumal, Yathiraja natha valli thayar, Swami  Emperumanar, Swami Manavala Mahamuni, Andal, all alwars) carrying on their shoulders without placing on the floor on the way. They constructed the koil identical in architecture to Sriperumbudur. Only difference being Swami manavala mahamuni sannidhi is inside the main temple. Since then, the koil enjoyed great following all over.The most important aspect of

this koil is, it has the divine feet of Swami Emperumanar (Mudaliyaandan) of Sriperumbudur. With great difficulty and lot of compensations, the prapanna congregation that went to Sriperumbudur managed to fetch the Mudaliyaandan of Swami Emperumanar for Narasapuram Koil. Hence the first installed Mudaliyaandan of Emperumanar is currently in Narasapura kshethram. Grand celebrations of Thirunakshathrams of Swami Manavala Mahamuni, Swami Pillai Lokacharyar and Mudal AlwarsHH Thridandi Srimannarayana Chinna Jeeyar Swamiji will be personally presenting the Adisesha Peetham to Swami Manavala Mahamuni in Narasapuram on 6th of November 2008, reminding us of the glory of Swami Mamunigal that He is the Acharya of the Lord Sriranganatha Himself. For the purpose of arranging uthsava murthys of alwars and pillai Lokacharyar a total of INR 1,50,000 would be required, out of which we have commitments for INR 80,000 already.
