Pasuram: KaniththilamDivyadesam: Thiruchchithrakoodam

 

In this pasuram, the key phrase is "sinaththinAl thennilangai

kOmAnaich seRRa" ("சினதà¯à®¤à®¿à®©à®¾à®²à¯ தெனà¯à®©à®¿à®²à®™à¯à®•à¯ˆ

கோமானைச௠செறà¯à®± "). Kulsaekharazhvar sings the

entire Sri Ramayanam in his pasuram "angaNedu madhiL

sUzhà®…à®™à¯à®•à®£à¯†à®Ÿà¯ மதிள௠சூழà¯" (Perumal Thirumozhi 10),which is dedicated to the divyadesam of Thiruchchithrakoodam.

 

The phrase "eri neduvEl arakkarodum ilangai vEndhan innuyir

koNdu" ("எரி நெடà¯à®µà¯‡à®²à¯ அரகà¯à®•à®°à¯Šà®Ÿà¯à®®à¯ இலஙà¯à®•à¯ˆ

வேநà¯à®¤à®©à¯ இனà¯à®©à¯à®¯à®¿à®°à¯ கொணà¯à®Ÿà¯") in that pasuram is

shown here as "thennilangaik kOmAnaich seRRa"

("தெனà¯à®©à®¿à®²à®™à¯à®•à¯ˆà®•à¯ கோமானைச௠செறà¯à®±"). ThereKulasekharazhvar said "thirumagaLOdu inidhamarndhaselvan" ("திரà¯à®®à®•à®³à¯‹à®Ÿà¯ இனிதமரà¯à®¨à¯à®¤ செலà¯à®µà®©à¯") -

this is shown by Andal as "manaththukku iniyAn"

("மனதà¯à®¤à¯à®•à¯à®•à¯ இனியானà¯"). There Azhvar said "sinam

adanga mAruthiyAl suduviththAn" ("சினம௠அடஙà¯à®•

மாரà¯à®¤à®¿à®¯à®¾à®²à¯ சà¯à®Ÿà¯à®µà®¿à®¤à¯à®¤à®¾à®©à¯") meaning that the anger

in the heart of Sri rama was removed. For it to be removed,

the anger has to occur first. That is shown by Andal as "sinaththinAl" ("சினதà¯à®¤à®¿à®©à®¾à®²à¯").

 

Thus, the divyadesam of Thiruchchithrakoodam isexperienced by Andal in this pasuram.
