Guest guest
Sri:Srimathe Ramanujaya Nama: Thiruppavai and Divyadesams by Sri PB Annangarachariar Swami Pasuram: KaravaigalDivyadesam: Brundavanam In this pasuram, the phrase "kAnam sErndhuuNbOm" ("கானம௠சேரà¯à®¨à¯à®¤à¯ உணà¯à®ªà¯‹à®®à¯") is to be taken as key. The Sanskrit word "kAnana" which means forest is reduced to kAnam in Tamil. That forest is Brundavanam. Reaching and experiencing says Andal. What is to be experienced there? Through the uniqueness of Tamil grammar, the word "kAnam"can also be said as "gAnam". That is, joining the vENugAna goshti - of the yadavas enjoying the magical flute of Sri Krishna at Brundavanam. Thus, the divyadesam of Brundavanam isexperienced in this pasuram.
