Swamin,Please make it convenient to visit Thondanur without fail. Swami Ramanuja (Udayavar) lived there for 12 years. as per your requirement, i would like to suggest the following places if u go by car from chennai. u can visit varadaraja temple on the arcot touching with the highway and to near vaniyambadi, kethandampalayam a wonderful temple again dedicated to varadaraja perumal is there before u enter to bangalore these two temple can be visited.

 

b4 going to mysore, u may visit to sivasamudram and thirumukkudal narasimhar. there are pancha narayana schethram is there. if u ask the bhattar there, he will guide you. from t. narsipur, u may go to sriranga pattinam and thondanur and miduna salagramam before u go to melkot.

 

from melkot, u can reach chennai. or wherever the destination u hv.

Srirangapattana also known as Aadi Ranga has a Beautiful Sri Ranganatha Temple.

(The temple in Shivanasamudra is called Madhya Ranga and Srirangam is Anthya
