Quite rejoicefully a series of programs was performed

by our students of SRIMAAN BHATTAR KUZHAM & SRIMAAN BHATTAR GURUKULAM (totally

36 children and 6 kainkaryasrees in 2 vans)at Kumbakonam on 13/08/09.

At a

function of donating a new car to Sri

Ramaswamy Temple,

our trust was requested to arrange a series of programs.

 

The

program started at 7.00pm with a prayer song on SriRama.

An education debate about who is best in four?(SriRama,Lakshmana,Bharatha

and Sathuruguna)was performed and the children argued in emulation with

intresting points.

 

Next the

Harikatha was performed in Sundara Khandam with inspiring narration of the

incidents.

 

Saranagathes of Bharatha, Vibishana and Kakasura followed next .Children

clad in flam boyant and glittering dressed and jewels and staged the scenes

beautifully. The people thronged there aclaimed the performance of the children

which was exposed by their big hands.

 

A girl in

her dulcet voice presented the non-stop Ramayana continuosly for Minutes with surprising artientation.

 

“Srinama

Ramayanam†was performed in the last.It was presented by the beautifully

clothed, pompously looking children with unfailing steps of Bharathenatya.

 

The

Children received very good encouragement from the public and the amateurish

performance by the kids were really professional as they are designed by

SriRanganatha in serving the Sampradhayam expand.
