Guest guest
Dear all, Pranams! adiyen is attempting on a divya desam tour. It is going to be a tour of Ramar kovil. We all have heard and read about the significance of Archa roopam in our sampradayam. For the souls in samsara, Rama, Krishna and other avatarams are very much visible and accessible through the multiple locations that Sriman Narayanan has chosen to reside in this world. Moreover, it is much more anubhavam in seeing Rama, Krishna avatarams through Archa ThirumEni - thanks to our Azhwars and Acharyas. adiyen is venturing into a journey through one such lovely divya desam. This divya desam has links to two of the vibhava avatarams – Vamana and Rama. Similar to other ones, this divya desam is also located in a peaceful setting. Even the birds in this divya desam continuously perform nAma sankirtanam – keep chanting Hari Hari….. aLLiyam pozhilvaay irunthuvaazhkuyilkaL ariyari yenRavai yazhaippa… Specialty of the EmPeruman residing in this divya desam is that, He is always ready to rush through for protecting us, the souls in samsara. This is evident from the fact that He came to the protection of one such soul in the past. The deity in this temple has been worshipped in all the yugas. Perumal has very beautiful looks, and in fact is called out with such a fitting thirunAmam. Moreover, He is Rama, and hence no two thoughts about his beauty. Thirumangai Azhwar has performed mangalasasanam to this Perumal. He has worshipped this Perumal as Rama. adiyen will stop here, and continue from the next posting with more details about this divya desam. Let us all get ready to enjoy the anubhavam of this divya desam…. ….viraintharuL seyvaaN….. adiyen ramanan
