Guest guest
Jai Sriman Narayana! Srimate Ramanujaya namah! Asmat Gurubhyoh namah! The idea of Goloka above Vaikuntam is a Gaudiya/Hare Krishna belief ONLY. This idea is not accepted in The Sri Sampradayam or other Vaishnava groups. It is not back by Shruti shastra, Sri Sampradayam Tradition or OUR Sri Sampradayam Acharyas. Sri Chinna Jeeyar Swami comments on this subject on His Q and A section of His website. The ideas that Krishna avatara, Goloka Vridavana, Radha are above Vishnu, Maha-Lakshmi and Vaikuntam is absolutely against Shruti shastra, Vaishnava Tradition and against what Sri Sampradayam Acharya have taught. The Gaudiyas idea that Maha-Lakshmi amma; who is the REAL Goddess of Bhakti, is just a demi-god and below Radha, is against Shastra and acharya. On Myspace a Hare Krishna devotee wrote this...you can look and see. The Gaudiya idea that Narayana is just a " tattwa " of and subordinate to Krishna avatara is again, against shastra and acharya. The Gaudiya idea that Goloka Vridavana is above and superior to Vaikuntam, is ABSOLUTELY against Shruti shastra and Hinduism. No where in Shruti does it say this. These Gaudiya ideas where concocted in the 1500's by the Gaudiya to try to support their ideas that Krishna avatara is above Vishnu.
