I am raising an off-topic query here. I recently received a brochure encouraging

people to participate pertaining to 'City Strategising'.

 

Somehow I was reminded of the Tiruppavai verse - 'Kuththu viLak-keriya...'. I

remember in a lecture, how they were describing the various desirable aspects of

a cot(bed) with this verse.

 

I was wondering if there are any such pAsurams which talk about the city (its

planning, its citizen, etc)?
