Akkarakani Sri U.Ve. T.A. Srinidhi swamy started with saying that even though

satrumarai of Azhvan thirunakshathiram is over, Sri Venkatakrishnan wished to

prolong it for some more days, so he arranged for the music and upanyasam

programs at ThiruvallikeNi.

adiyen would like to share a few points that got adiyen's attention.

Feb 03 2010 - Sri U.Ve. T.A. Srinidhi Swami - 'Sri Vaikunta Sthavam'.

A young girl is using a utensil and pouring water for people to drink. People

use their hands to receive the water, drink it, and move on. One young man sees

the beauty of this girl, wants to keep seeing her face, but is afraid that he

cannot go and be near her if he does not get water from her. So he makes a

master plan. While others went to that girl with their palms together but open,

for receiving the water, this man went to her with closed palms (like anjali),

and stood in front of her. The girl kept pouring water, and the man kept

enjoying her face.

That girl is perumal, that man is sri vaishnavan. If some one goes to peruman

with open hands asking for some worldly things, peruman gives but the person has

to move on. If we go with closed doing anjali, then peruman keeps giving his

gataksham, and we get to keep enjoying his sundara thirumeni.

Koorathazhvan continues, that for one to even do the anjali, it is only by HIS

grace that it is possible.

-------------------------

A question might arise. Could it happen that peruman might suddenly decide to

send someone back to this earth even after reaching srivaikuntam? Why not? Can

HE not do whatever he wants?

Well, He is so eager and desperate to see a sri vaishnavan who wants Him and

nothing but Him. When he sees such a person, and that person has then gone to

Him and joined him in Srivaikuntam, would peruman even think for a second about

sending him back?

If some one is longing for a grand diamond, and by chance he even gets it, would

he ever even dream of losing it?
