Guest guest
Jai Srimannarayana! My name is srikant, i am from Visakhapatnam, india. It is a common practice in india to print colanders with perumal's photo. even the labels on houssehold consumables including eatables have the name/picture of lord. What should be done to them? for the calenders after completion of the year? for labels after opening? this, i think, is a problem faced by many people. Some say that as prana prathistha is not done, they can be simply thrown? some keep them near trees. I would feel it apt if they are disposed off respectfully, as they signify the lord, with or without prana prathistha. Similarly what do we do about photos and idols in puja, after they get distorted? Nimajanam of such synthetic articles is highly polluting and cannot be taken to be a solution. Kindly illuminate.
