Swa:mi celebrated geetha Jayanthi day (ma:rgasira month, ekadasi,

eleventh day from no moon) with devout and purposeful devotees in

hundreds of thousands at NRI Hospital grounds, Guntur.

 

A Vira:t Bhagavad Geetha pa:ra:yanam (recitation) is performed in which

thousands united their voices to chant the entire Sri:mad Bhagavadgeetha with

Sri: Swa:miji. Sri: Swa:miji's explanations of significance of Sri:mad

Bhagavadgeetha, compassion of Lord Sri:

Krishna, summary of each of the eighteen chapters in the presence of

Paramahamsa Parivra:jaka A:cha:ryas Sri: Sri: Ashta:kshari Sampath

Kumara Ra:ma:nuja Jeeyar Swa:mi, Sri: Sri: Aho:bila Ra:ma:nuja Jeeyar

Swa:miji amidst thousands of devotees is the grandeur of the event.

Cultural performances of dance and singing has complimented to the joy of

witnesses.

 

At a time, when the world is rocked with various varieties of extremism and

people are feeling increasingly unsafe, and the last messenger of peace on

earth, Mother Bha:rath herself threatened by violence and terror, His Holiness

Sri: Swa:miji has made all people infront of holy candles pledge that " we

practise the religion of our ancestors, and respect every other belief, no

matter what caste, creed, sex, religion we may belong to, and we will also make

sure that others will respect our's own culture. Together we march for the

peace and prosperity of the world with the divine message of Lord Sri:

Krishna. "
