Sri: | Srimathe Ramanujaya Namaha!

 

Pasuram 1 - Margazhi Thingal

 

Divyadesam: Paramapadam

The key word in this pasuram is " na:ra:yanane: " . This is the form of the Lord

with Sankha, Chakra and Gada that is experienced by Andal. It is Sriman Narayana

that Mandodari praised as " tamasa: paramo: dha:ta: shankachakragada:dharaha " .

When He came down as Sri Krishna, He was born holding the Sankha and the Chakra

with a smiling face - " ja:tosi devadevesa shankhachakragada:dharaha " . Therefore,

in this pasuram,

through the word " na:ra:yanane: " , Andal experiences the Paramapada Natha, Sriman

Narayana.
