Thiruppavai and Divyadesams - 15

 

Pasuram: Elle

Divyadesam: Thiruvallikkeni

 

In this pasuram, the phrases used by Andal

" valla:nai konra:nai " , " ma:rranai ma:rrazhikka

valla:nai " " ma:yanai " etc all go well with the

phrases in the Periya Thirumozhi pasuram for

Thiruvallikkeni " virperu vizhavum kanjchanum

mallum ve:zhamum pa:ganum vi:zha " , " sandhamal

kuzhala:l alakkan nu:rruvar tham pendirum eydhi

nu:lizhappa " , etc.

 

Thus, it is appropriate to say that Andal is

experiencing the divyadesam of Thiruvallikkeni

in this pasuram.
