Pasuram #12: Kaniththilam

Divyadesam: Thiruchchithrakoodam

 

In this pasuram, the key phrase is " sinaththina:l thennilangai

ko:ma:naich serra " .

 

Kulsaekharazhvar sings the entire Sri Ramayanam in his pasuram " anganedu madhil

su:zh " (Perumal Thirumozhi 10), which is dedicated to the divyadesam of

Thiruchchithrakoodam.

 

The phrase " eri neduve:l arakkarodum ilangai ve:ndhan innuyir kondu " in that

pasuram is shown here as " thennilangaik ko:mnaich serra " . There Kulasekharazhvar

said " thirumagalo:du inidhamarndha selvan " , this is shown by Andal as

" manaththukku iniya:n " . There Azhvar said " sinam adanga ma:ruthiya:l

suduviththa:n " meaning that the anger in the heart of Sri rama was removed. For

it to be removed, the anger has to occur first. That is shown by Andal as

" sinaththina:l "

 

Thus, the divyadesam of Thiruchchithrakoodam is experienced by Andal in this

pasuram.
