Guest guest
Jai Srimannarayana! Let us learn Today 1. In general terms what is a rahasya? Generally, rahasyam is said to be – ‘ashatkarnam’. ‘Shat’ means 6 and karna means ears. It is not heard by six ears. It’s only heard by the two ears of the sayer and the two ears of the listener but not by any third person. A thing that lies only between the two persons is called as – rahasyam (secret). 2. Does a rahasya denote the same meaning in scriptures too? No. 3. What do you mean by a rahasya in scriptures? The ‘manthras’ that can only be initiated by an acharya and the knowledge of those manthras is referred as ‘rahasyas’ here. Jai Srimannarayana!
