Srimathe Ramanujayanamaha!

 

117. asma:kam api sambandhah kapimukhya thvaya: asthi vai|

prakhya:tha:h thrishu loke:shu maha:guna parigrahah ||

 

 

Oh! the prominent among monkeys, there is also a connection with you of a great

value for us which is known in all the three worlds.

 

Kapimukhya: - Oh! prominent of monkeys,

 

sambandha:h asthi- there is connection

 

asma:kam api– for us too

 

thvaya: saha – with you.

 

maha:guna parigraha:h – which is based on great value

 

prakhya:tha: - and well known

 

thrishu lo:ke:shu - in the three worlds.

 

 

 

118. ve:gavanthah plavanthah ye plavanga: ma:rutha:thmaja|

thesha:m mukhyathamam manye thva:maham kapikunjara||

 

Oh son of Vayu, who is an elephant among monkeys, in my opinion you are the

most prominent of those monkeys who are fast moving and capable of flying.

 

ma:rutha:thmaja - son , athmaja, of Vayu, Maarutha.

kapi kunjara- kunjara, elephant among monkeys, kapi

aham manye: -I consider

thvam - you

mukhyah - as prominent

the:sha:m - among those

plavaga:h – monkeys

ye – who

plavanthah – are flying

vegavanthah- fast
