It's only in the case of those who are not eligible, the compassionate Acharya needs to take care of them. He appeals, " Heh! Yathiraja! If at all we had the needed wealth of knowledge and practice why wouldn't Sri Ranganatha be kind enough to save us! Doesn't HH need to be kind enough to those who do not possess the required knowledge and practice?
