Guest guest
Jai Srimannarayana! (Swamiji's Yugadi mangalasasanams in English is contd.) It is heartening to notice the people in US resolve to annul nature's aberrations. Just like they had faced the past year 'Virodhi' bravely with 'acharyaseva', now they have started 'Sri Japam' to transform 'Vikruthi' into 'Sathkruthi'. They have planned to perform 'Sri Yagam' from July 23rd to August 1st aspiring for world peace. Numerous devotees and 108 rithwiks coming together at a place to render prayers and offer oblations in 33 kundas for world peace is a magnificent event this year. All should join that and pray to 'Sriyahpathi' ardently to bless us with favorable situations. Last year when floods played havoc, Vikasatarangini's sweet gesture of distributing seeds, giving solace to the affected peasants is a pleasant memory. The selfless service of Kaveri Seeds, Smt.Vanaja Bhaskar Rao couple who gave away 50 lakh worth of maize seeds is commendable. Remembering their generosity the farmers showed us the corn stems grown on their farms using those seeds and expressed their great joy. It was a touching sight. Recognizing the services of VT Seva in US, the government there sanctioned 501 C (3) Income Tax exemption. The services rendered by those volunteers to acquire the certificate is admirable. VT Seva president Smt. Vinatha's guidance and direction in keeping the volunteers singly focused is commendable. Their zeal should become the inspiration for devotees in US, India and other parts of the world. (To be continued...) Jai Srimannarayana!
